Requirement :
Essential Functions
- Perform basic diagnostic techniques on miners and facilities on site
- Perform basic repair techniques on miners and facilities on site
- Assist with miner, parts, and tools inventory
- Find IP addresses of newly installed machines
- Provide complete information for work orders submitted to the supervisor
- Keep the miner repair room and work area clean and organized
- Craft new RJ-45 connections
- Monitor and maintain mining facilities
- Use relevant industry terminology confidently
Skills & Experience
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Escalate significant data center errors promptly
- High school diploma, GED or relevant experience
- Networking and computer troubleshooting experience preferred
- Computer literacy required; on-the-job training provided
- Miner repair/operator certification or networking experience is a plus
Schedule
- 12 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift / overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
